DOWNTOWN HISTORIC MCKINNEY | SENIOR SESSION | SENIOR SESSION IN THE RAIN | DALLAS TEXAS PHOTOGRAPHERS

We were SO excited about our senior session in Downtown Mckinney Texas with Sarah! We had been watching the weather all day because the radar showed a few storms rolling in later in the afternoon. But the skies were gorgeous, and it was 75 degrees, so we went ahead and kept our session. About 5 minutes after we got out of Sherman, the hail started. It was CRAZY! The rain was heavy, the hail was quarter sized, and we were getting a little worried. But the radar still showed that it would be clear by the time of our session so we kept trucking!
We got to Mckinney and quickly realized we may have a problem. It was POURING, and the radar had changed to storms for several hours! We were all getting alerts on our phones for severe weather BUT YOU KNOW WHAT!! We adapted! We found the cutest little awning in front of the cutest little shop. We had sarah under the awning posing while we stood in the rain taking photos of her. She killed it yall!
We were doing great and about to move to another awning for a change of scenery, and then the tornado sirens went off. The store owner and several employees were there re doing their window display, they came out and told us we should get inside. We went in and they told us we could use their store to photograph Sarah in. It was GORGEOUS! We spent a while in the store before it stopped raining and we were able to go out into downtown a little more. We were so thankful!

We had SO much fun with Sarah and her mom!! Not only is Sarah absolutely drop dead gorgeous, but she was so much fun!
