Eva and Paul said “I do” on THE most beautiful day Texas could have offered on October 27, 2018!
We were a little worried the rain wouldn’t let up since it seems like we have had NON stop rain the last few weeks. It even rained during Eva’s bridal session. But my goodness did the sun shine beautifully for us!

During Eva’s bridal session, we got to talking about how her and Paul met. We are suckers for a good love story!

Paul and Eva first met on an online dating site in October of 2015. After messaging back and forth, we decided to meet up at Common Table in Dallas on a Monday. Their date was supposed to last no more than two hours, but ended up being almost four! At the end of the night, Eva had a good feeling about Paul and thought the night would be sealed with a kiss on the cheek or at least a hug. To her surprise, it ended with Paul asking Eva to drop him off nearby to meet with clients in town. Eva obliged and Paul thanked Eva for the ride and promptly shut the door behind him leaving Eva without any affirmation of a good date. The next evening, Paul messaged Eva from a business trip in Chicago asking for a second date on Friday. Eva joyfully accepted and they met for dinner at Saint Ann and as the saying goes, the rest was history! And here we are 3 years later celebrating their wedding day!

We would describe Paul and Eva’s wedding as relaxed, beautiful, and SO MUCH FUN!! We started upstairs with the ladies getting ready. They were all SO beautiful and so excited! Often we find the bride getting ready in a ball of stress for things to go perfectly, but Eva was SO relaxed and so full of joy! No stress!

Paul and Eva decided to do a first look (YAY) so we had him come up to her suite, which had the most perfect balcony overlooking the ceremony site. They shared private vows with each other during their first look which was sooo sweet.

Because they did a first look, we were able to get all of their wedding party portraits done before the ceremony even started! Leaving way more room for fun right after the ceremony.

Eva walked down the aisle to a beautiful string quartet which was just so beautiful. They sealed their vows with a kiss, and guests moved to the patio for cocktail hour. Their reception was SO much fun, EVERYONE got out on that dance floor! I credit it all to the band…they were AMAZINNNGGG!!! They totally set the atmosphere.
